Diagnostic
The goal of the diagnostic phase is to evaluate and understand the depth of implementation of Product Management best practices through all roles and phases and to identify areas of weaknesses that can be improved. During this phase, Lûcrum Marketing evaluates processes, tools, market and product knowledge and consistency in responses.
Training
Lûcrum’s comprehensive high-tech product management training program is a highly interactive and hands on training program that is delivered as four-day intensive seminar.
Implementation
The Product & Market Management Excellence Implementation involves an Implementation Workshop where all relevant players participate and create a specific plan for the quarterly focus initiative. During the quarter, progress is reviewed on a regular basis as part of the Implementation Coaching. The quarter is ended with a final review of the initiative.
Performance Indicators
Lûcrum Marketing will work with the executive team and product management team to identify metrics by which the product management role can be evaluated and improvement tracked.
